Qualifications

• Required: Bachelor's Degree.
• Preferred: PharmD and completion of ASHP Accredited PGY1 Pharmacy Residency.
• Preferred: Experience with USP 797/800 and BCSCP.

• Ensure patient safety and improve patient satisfaction.

Clinical Pharmacist Position Details

• Facility: St. Joseph's Hospital
• Location: Tampa, FL
• Status: Full time, exempt
• Shift: 6:30 am – 2:30 pm
• Weekend Work: every 3rd
• On Call: No

Clinical Pharmacist Clinical Responsibilities

• The clinical pharmacist shall support the mission of the hospital and pharmacy department by preventing, identifying and resolving drug related problems to assure patient safety, improve patient satisfaction and minimize costs.

Certifications And Licensure

• Required: Pharmacist – State of FL
• Preferred: Completion of ASHP Accredited PGY1 Pharmacy Residency
