Qualifications

• Licensed and in good standing with the Saskatchewan College of Pharmacists.
• Injection certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver clinical services including medication reviews and chronic disease management.
• Administer vaccines and immunizations.
• Determine appropriateness of drug therapy and monitor for effectiveness, side effects, and interactions.
• Counsel patients on prescriptions, over-the-counter products, and health-related topics.
• Supervise pharmacy students or provisional pharmacists in performing restricted activities.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, provincial, and regulatory standards governing pharmacy practice.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
• Assist with daily pharmacy operations and perform other duties as assigned.
