Mint Health + Drugs, in partnership with I.D.A. Pharmacy, seeks a Pharmacist in Victoria, BC (Latoria community) for part-time/permanent work. Join a pharmacist-led team delivering comprehensive clinical services and patient-centered care.

Responsibilities include injections, medication management, and interprofessional collaboration within a supportive network. Licensure in BC and injection certification required.

Competenze

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy (BScPharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD).
• Active Pharmacist license (or immediate eligibility) with CPBC.
• Injection Certification: valid BC injection certification.
• Proficiency with pharmacy software (Kroll preferred) and EHR.
• Criminal Record Check and Vulnerable Sector Search required.
• Strong clinical judgment and excellent verbal/written communication; collaborative team player.

• Deliver the Mint Experience with patient-first clinical care.
• Conduct clinical assessments and manage chronic/acute therapy.
• Administer injections and vaccines; adapt/renew prescriptions.
• Oversee dispensing with safety/regulatory standards.
