Qualifications

• Licensed or eligible for registration with the provincial pharmacy regulatory body.

• Experience in hospital or direct patient care preferred.
• Criminal Record Check and Vulnerable Sector Search required.
• Experience using electronic health records and medication order entry systems.

Responsibilities
