Ideal candidates hold an LPN certificate or are enrolled in a nursing program with practical experience, are registered with BC provincial bodies, and can start at 7 am with weekend availability.

Qualifications

• LPN certificate or enrollment in a nursing program with practical experience.
• Registration with provincial bodies (e.g., BC COL) and a letter of good standing.
• Flexible schedule: 7 am starts and weekends availability.
• Strong communication, patience, empathy, and ability to work in a team.
• Driver's license and access to a vehicle.
• Criminal Record Check completed by employer prior to hire.

Responsibilities

• Deliver medications to patients at their homes.
• Provide clinical support, including insulin dosing oversight.
• Assist with self-administered medications and reminders.
• Maintain clean, safe, and tidy patient environments.
• Report changes in patient condition or behavior to supervisors.
• Document visit details using company mobile apps.
