Responsibilities

• Act as the main representative for contracted operators.
• Provide clinical pharmacy services aligning with standards.
• Perform annual and quarterly medication reviews.
• Create collaborative practice networks with healthcare providers.
• Provide educational in-services when required.
• Submit clinical service documents within 48 hours.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships.
