Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from a recognized institution.
Licensed Pharmacist in good standing in the province of responsibility.
Injection and First Aid Certification.
Additional certifications (e.g., Certified Geriatric Pharmacist, Advanced Prescribing).

Responsibilities

Provide patient‑centered care and exceed patients’ expectations.
Deliver continuing care services and disease state management.
Collaborate with Nurses, Physicians, and Nurse Practitioners on care plans.

Education
