Job summary

Calgary Co-op in Calgary, AB seeks a Clinical Pharmacist to practice full scope in a patient-centred environment, with prescribing authority but no dispensing duties. Qualifications

• Licensed and registered with Alberta College of Pharmacists.
• Authorization to Administer Medications by Injection.
• Knowledge of provincial and company policies and procedures.
• Ability to plan, organize and coordinate work efficiently.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Capacity to multitask in a dynamic clinical environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient assessments and prescribing services through pharmacist-led clinics.
• Collaborate with physicians to support patients with chronic diseases.
• Support pediatric and adult patients starting specialty therapies with education and monitoring.
• Deliver comprehensive pharmacy services and care plans to improve outcomes.
• Provide ongoing follow-up to support patient care and adherence.
• Lead education sessions and disease management programs for patients.
• Mentor pharmacists and support professional development.
