Responsible for the scheduling and utilization of all staff in the program. Serves as the liaison with other departments/hospitals clinical staff & outside agencies. Develops and implements process and quality improvements aimed at supporting safe and effective quality care. The incumbent ensures that all operational functions are handled with efficiency, professionalism and confidentiality.
