We are currently seeking Clinical Instructors to join our Health Care Assistant (HCA) Program in Kamloops and Kelowna, British Columbia . This is an exciting opportunity for experienced health care professionals who are passionate about supporting and mentoring the next generation of health care providers.

• Location:Long Term Care Facilities located in Kamloops and Kelowna
• Employment Type:Contract

Compensation: $36.00-$57.00

Schedule: November to December 2026(150 hours). The dates can be flexible to support your availability.

What You Will Do:

• Provide Mentorship-You were once where the students are; share your insight on the industry, monitor their progress, provide on-going feedback and help support their learning.
• Be a Liaison-Represent Stenberg College and uphold the ideals of our institutions

There is a full curriculum for each course and a thorough orientation will take place prior to stepping into the clinical environments.

Who You Are:

• You have current full registration with British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives
• (BCCNM) as an LPN or RN and are in good standing
• You have a demonstrated an ability to teach adult learners
• Two or more years of full-time Canadian nursing experience as an LPN or RN
• Experience in working with older adults with complex health needs; and
• Experience or orientation in home support and multi-level/complex care
• You have completed the Student Practice Education Core Orientation (SPECO) curriculum, and all courses are up to date. SPECO curriculum can be found here .
