Job summary

The position supports a client-centred approach and requires maintaining confidentiality. Under supervision, you will work to follow program guidelines, manage diverse client needs, and assist with crisis situations while promoting positive youth development.

Qualifications

• Secondary education or Bachelor’s degree with 1 year of practical experience working with individuals impacted by socio-economic issues including homelessness, trauma, addiction, mental health, poverty, and the child welfare
• Experience with individuals impacted by socio-economic issues, including homelessness, trauma, addiction, mental health, poverty, and the child welfare system
• Ability to work with a range of diverse clients, regardless of age, gender, sexual orientation, abilities, socio-economic status, or religious preference
• First Aid/CPR, ASIST, Non-violent Crisis Intervention, Food Safe would be considered an asset

Responsibilities
