Qualifications

• 5+ years of clinical experience in a leadership capacity and medical administration.
• Unrestricted license with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of BC.
• Knowledge of IMG practice readiness and adult teaching principles.

Responsibilities

• Screen applicants for program suitability.
• Lead quality assurance for clinical assessments.
• Develop policies for clinical field assessments.
• Coordinate the work of clinical leads and associates.
