Job summary

SE Health in Ontario is seeking dedicated registered nurses to join our team and provide patient-centered care on a full-time basis. The shift is 11am–11pm, with competitive total rewards, education bursaries, and support for ongoing professional growth.

As a primary provider for client caseloads, you will assess, plan, and execute care based on evidence while collaborating with the care team. SE Health offers a not-for-profit environment, paid training, and opportunities to grow within Canada.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current Certificate of Competence with the College of Nurses of Ontario.
• Willingness to attain SE Health certifications.
• CPR certificate required.

Responsibilities

• Complete comprehensive client assessments, develop care plans, and implement care based on best evidence.
• Be primary provider for a client caseload and lead the care in collaboration with the team.
• Support clients through transitions by coordinating with community services.

Responsibilities

• Complete comprehensive client assessments, develop care plans, implement and evaluate care based on best evidence/practices and on client’s unique needs
• When designated as a primary provider for a client caseload, you will be the point of care lead accountable for their care while working in collaboration with other care team members and the support functions.
• Support the client through care transitions by collaborating and connecting the client with community support services in their local community.

Requirements

• Current Certificate of Competence with the College of Nurses of Ontario.
• Availability to work days, evenings, nights and every other weekend for 12 hour shift.
• Updated immunization records, clear criminal background check, and Vulnerable sector check are required upon hire.
• A willingness to attain required SE Health certifications
• A current CPR certificate is required.
• This is a physically demanding position and requires sitting, standing, walking, bending, kneeling/squatting, reaching chest and waist level (i.e. shoulder flexion), and numerous hand grips of varying forces.
