Job summary

SE Health is seeking registered nurses to join our Ontario team, offering flexible shifts (11am–11pm or 7am–7pm), paid training, and competitive compensation. You’ll work within a supportive team dedicated to delivering high-quality care across Canada.

As a nurse, you will assess, plan, implement and evaluate care, collaborating with the care team and community partners. We provide education bursaries, mentorship, and comprehensive benefits to help you grow.

Qualifications

  • Current Certificate of Competence with the College of Nurses of Ontario.
  • Availability to work days, evenings, nights and every other weekend for 12 hour shift.
  • Updated immunization records, clear criminal background check, and Vulnerable sector check are required upon hire.
  • A willingness to attain required SE Health certifications
  • A current CPR certificate is required.

Responsibilities

  • Complete comprehensive client assessments, develop care plans, implement and evaluate care based on best evidence/practices and on client’s unique needs.
  • When designated as a primary provider for a client caseload, you will be the point of care lead accountable for their care while working in collaboration with other care team members and the support functions.
  • Support the client through care transitions by collaborating and connecting the client with community support services in their local community.

  • This is a physically demanding position and requires sitting, standing, walking, bending, kneeling/squatting, reaching chest and waist level (i.e. shoulder flexion), and numerous hand grips of varying forces.
