Job summary

SE Health in Goderich, Ontario is hiring registered nurses to provide compassionate in-clinic care. The role supports clients with assessments, care planning, and collaboration with the care team as the primary provider for assigned caseloads.

Flexibility to work 2-3 days weekly with on-call rotation is required. Applicants must hold a current Certificate of Competence, have CPR, and complete required background checks and immunizations.

Qualifications

• Current Certificate of Competence with the College of Nurses of Ontario.
• Availability to work 2-3 days per week and every third weekend.
• Updated immunization records and clear background checks required.
• Willingness to attain SE Health certifications and CPR certificate.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Complete comprehensive client assessments, develop care plans, implement and evaluate care based on best evidence/practices and on client’s unique needs
• When designated as a primary provider for a client caseload, you will be the point of care lead accountable for their care while working in collaboration with other care team members and the support functions.
• Support the client through care transitions by collaborating and connecting the client with community support services in their local community.

Requirements

• Current Certificate of Competence with the College of Nurses of Ontario.
• Availability to work 2-3 days per week, every third weekend, participation in the on-call rotator. This role is at Goderich Clinic 181 Cambria Rd N in Goderich.
• Updated immunization records, clear criminal background check, and Vulnerable sector check are required upon hire.
• A willingness to attain required SE Health certifications
• A current CPR certificate is required.
• This is a physically demanding position and requires sitting, standing, walking, bending, kneeling/squatting, reaching chest and waist level (i.e. shoulder flexion), and numerous hand grips of varying forces.
