We are hiring Registered Practical Nurses (RPN) and Registered Nurses (RN) to work in our clinic located in Hamilton.

Position Overview: We seek a dynamic, passionate Nurse (RPN/RN) to join a diverse, collaborative care team. You will provide holistic nursing care, using evidence-informed knowledge, skills, and judgment within your scope of practice to address the physical, safety, emotional, and spiritual needs of clients and their families.

Requirements:

  • Current Certificate of Competence with the College of Nurses of Ontario.
  • Availability to work 12-hour shifts from 11:00 am to 11:00 pm, including every other weekend.
  • Updated immunization records, clear criminal background check, and Vulnerable Sector check upon hire.
  • Willingness to attain required SE Health certifications.
  • Strong computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Email).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, problem-solving, and conflict management skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a changing environment and a demonstrated appreciation for Quality Improvement processes.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • This is a physically demanding role requiring sitting, standing, walking, bending, kneeling/squatting, reaching, and hand grips of varying forces.
