Our FYidoctors - Courtice clinic is looking for someone like you to bring your exceptional skills and experience and join us as aPractice Coach to fill an existing vacancy!

This position is a full-time fixed-term role until March 2028, working 40 hours per week. Our clinic is open Monday to Friday.

In this role, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and fostering a patient-focused environment. You’ll empower staff, optimize clinic performance, and enhance the lives of patients in a dynamic, rewarding, and collaborative environment! What You Bring

• College degree or equivalent experience
• 2-4 years of management or supervisory experience
• Previous experience in customer service and retail preferred
• Understanding of operations, processes, and business performance
• Proficiency with technology and computers, including MS Office Suite
• Proven ability to inspire, coach, and mentor a team while driving organizational goals and delivering exceptional patient experiences
• A collaborative, adaptable, and proactive team player with a growth mindset, able to manage changing priorities effectively
• Excellent organizational, time management and multitasking skills
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of optical theory and eyewear merchandise is considered an asset
