Vision Group is seeking a dynamic leader to oversee operations at aGimbel Eye Centre, an affiliated entity. You will lead a team, manage budgets and KPIs, and drive business development across clinics in Canada.

The role requires strong business acumen, project management, and the ability to travel for training. A permanent full-time position with growth opportunities is offered, along with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership with team-building and stakeholder management.
• Experience driving business growth and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, KPIs, and operational processes.
• Comfort with EMR systems is an asset but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a diverse team across clinical and administrative functions.
• Develop and implement business development and sales strategies.
• Oversee day-to-day operations with a focus on quality and patient safety.
• Manage budgets, track KPIs, and optimize performance and costs.
• Coordinate training and knowledge sharing across clinics in Canada.

• You demonstrate keen business acumen and strategic thinking skills.
• You are a natural leader, knowing how to persuade and mobilize your team towards your vision and in the achievement of objectives.
• You have a background in business development, project management, and sales.
• Your university education in management or business administration (or a related field) is considered an asset.
• You are comfortable with computers, technology, and Microsoft 365 (knowledge of EMR systems is an asset).
• You are organized, self-disciplined, and have excellent prioritization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Required : You can travel for training to other clinics within Canada (expenses covered by Vision Group).
• Schedule: You have flexible availability to work from Monday to Friday.
