Qualifications

• Minimum four-year degree required.
• Master's degree considered an asset.
• Experience in supporting collective impact initiatives.
• Experience in multi-stakeholder engagement and governance.
• Commitment to human rights, equity, diversity and inclusion.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with BACCC, BACCITs and stakeholders to design, implement and evaluate climate initiatives with clear objectives and milestones.
• Manage relationships to ensure multi-sector project success and transparent reporting.
• Facilitate evolution of the strategic plan and manage related work plans.
• Provide progress reports to BACCC, BACCITs, City Councils and funders.
• Measure KPIs and communicate outcomes to stakeholders and funders.
• Conduct policy analysis and government relations to advance regional climate policy.
• Support engagement campaigns, events, digital assets and outreach.
• Lead and mentor BACCC staff and interns.
