Job summary

Business Cloud in Toronto is seeking a Client Success Specialist to support and train clients on Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and related business apps.

You will rotate through onboarding, client deployments, and ongoing enablement, working with the Director of Client Success and other managers to ensure high‑touch service. This full‑time role includes field visits, certification tracks, and a path to deepen technical expertise.

Qualifications

• Commitment to delivering an exceptional customer service experience.
• Excellent customer-facing communication and presentation skills.
• Strong knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.
• Willingness to travel within the Greater Toronto Area and across Canada.

Responsibilities

• Provide platform support and troubleshoot client issues.
• Deliver hands-on training across Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.
• Assist with onboarding, user management, and license allocation.
• Maintain clear client communications and documentation.
• Collaborate on client engagement plans and project initiatives.
