Reporting to the Manager, Client Success, the Client Success Manager plays a critical role in achieving client success goals by managing and expanding relationships with some of Blackline Safety's largest customers and distribution partners. The role involves ensuring clients derive maximum value from our innovative safety solutions. Key priorities include driving growth within client portfolios, executing deals over $1M, and building strategic, long-term relationships.
