Role Description
This is a full-time, fully-remote role for a Client Success Manager able to work in Eastern or Atlantic time zones / hours. Fluency in English and French is required. The Client Success Manager will ensure customer satisfaction (measured by Client Health Score) and growth (measured by Net Revenue Retention) by building strong relationships with clients and providing value.
This role involves identifying client needs, resolving issues, and providing support to enhance customer experience. The Client Success Manager will also analyze data to improve client outcomes and contribute to the development of customer success strategies. This is a full lifecycle role, participating in member support as well as client success management functions.
