The ideal candidate will assist clients with SOLIDWORKS tools, ensuring they are engaged and leveraging the products. Strong communication and troubleshooting skills are essential, as well as a background in engineering. Hybrid work arrangements are available.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a college or university engineering program.
• Experience with 3D CAD modeling; SOLIDWORKS preferred.
• Strong communication skills and interpersonal abilities.
• Prior customer service experience is an asset.
• Forward-thinking troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with SOLIDWORKS Data Management tools.
• Ensure customers are utilizing SOLIDWORKS products effectively.
• Exercise problem-solving skills to assist clients.

PROFILE

The Client Success Analyst Internship position will provide comprehensive services to engineering, manufacturing, and product design clients to ensure they are successfully leveraging products purchased from TriMech.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist clients in applying and troubleshooting SOLIDWORKS Data Management tools in their design/development, analysis, and manufacturing tasks.
• Ensure customers are successfully engaged and utilizing SOLIDWORKS PDM, Manage and related products through telephone, remote desktop, and email communication.
• Exercise of problem-solving skills and processes to assist our clients.
• Determining and setting priority levels on customer issues to ensure timely and effective responses.
• Obtaining relevant certifications in SOLIDWORKS PDM, and related products.
• Extensive use of SalesForce and the SOLIDWORKS 3D Support App
• Minimal to no travel required.

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS

• Currently enrolled in a college or university engineering program.
• Experience with 3D CAD modeling; SOLIDWORKS preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as outstanding interpersonal skills (individual, group, and via electronic web-based services internally and with clients).
• Prior customer service experience an asset.
• Forward-thinking troubleshooting skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with various drafting standards and engineering practices an asset.
• Understanding of vast manufacturing terminology and processes an asset.
• Functional understanding of Microsoft Windows, PC hardware, and computer networking, an asset.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team is essential.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize tasks is essential.

COMPENSATION

• $45,000 per annum
