The Engineering and Design Assistant will support the team across project phases, implementing SolidWorks, creating dashboards, and generating detailed reports to inform decision-making.

The role emphasizes data management, problem solving, and collaboration within an office setting. A degree pursuit in engineering/design/CS with CAD familiarity is required.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Engineering, Design, Computer Science, or a related field, with at least two years of study completed.
• Basic knowledge of SolidWorks or similar CAD software; familiarity with data management tools is a plus.
• Able to attend work on a regular basis.
• Able to meet the physical and sensory demands of the position.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage SolidWorks to ensure efficient system operation and integration.
• Create and maintain dashboards to track project progress and key performance indicators.
• Troubleshoot and resolve code-related problems to ensure smooth functionality of design systems.
• Develop and generate detailed reports to support project analysis and decision-making.
• Conduct testing to ensure the accuracy and reliability of design solutions and tools.
• Provide ongoing support to the Engineering and Design team across various projects throughout all project phases.
• Other related duties as assigned.

Job Summary

The Engineering and Design Assistant will support the Engineering and Design team throughout various project phases by assisting with the implementation and management of SolidWorks.

Job Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Design, Computer Science, or a related field, with at least two years of study completed. Equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
• Basic knowledge of SolidWorks or similar CAD software. Familiarity with data management tools and systems is a plus.
