Role description:

After establishing a strong and meaningful presence in Canada and the US with our existing clients—including Municipalities, Private Operators, Hospitals, Universities, and Airports—as well as Hotspot’s app users, the Client Success Account Manager will support the operations team by providing excellent service and support to clients. The goal of this position is to enhance and improve the service provided to our clients. The role reports directly to the Operations Director.

Role accountabilities:
  1. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
  2. Address client concerns or complaints promptly and effectively.
  3. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure client satisfaction.
  4. Provide regular updates, reports, and insights to clients regarding progress and outcomes.
  5. Conduct discovery sessions to understand the new client’s goals and requirements.
  6. Oversee setup, configuration, or customization of products or services for new clients.
  7. Ensure all deliverables meet client expectations and specifications.
  8. Serve as a point of contact during the initial implementation phase.
  9. Conduct follow-up meetings after implementation to gather client feedback.
  10. Provide status updates and progress reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications & Experience:
  1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communication, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  2. Proven experience as an Account Manager, Client Relationship Manager, or similar customer-facing role.
  3. Experience managing multiple accounts simultaneously and delivering measurable results.
  4. Empathy and active listening skills to understand client needs and concerns.
  5. Ability to meet deadlines and manage deliverables for ongoing clients and new implementations.
  6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  7. Customer-centric mindset focused on delivering value and exceeding expectations.
  8. Team player willing to collaborate with internal teams for seamless client experiences.
  9. Self-motivated with a proactive attitude to own client accounts and drive results.

Salary Range

The salary range for this position is $45,000 - $60,000. Actual salaries will vary based on location, skills, experience, and qualifications.
