Job Description
This role is based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, with a hybrid work model combining remote and office work as per business needs.
We are seeking a Client Solutions Manager to manage relationships with our largest and most complex customers. You will leverage your knowledge of online media, communication, relationship-building skills, and analytical abilities to provide campaign insights and strategy consultation, identifying areas where LinkedIn can add value. Success in this role is measured by your ability to build strong client partnerships and drive revenue growth. You will manage multiple clients, campaigns, and projects concurrently.

Responsibilities:
  1. Build trusted relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer experience by proactively addressing challenges.
  2. Support customer communication and education, including onboarding and platform training.
  3. Own all aspects of client media campaigns, including targeting, implementation, creative quality, optimization, performance, and ROI analysis.
  4. Analyze and optimize advertising campaigns and marketing programs, making strategic recommendations to meet client objectives.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to activate campaigns and achieve client goals.
  6. Manage sales cycles to renew and grow client investments, acting as a consultative seller.
  7. Design account plans using technology to meet revenue targets.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years in advertising, marketing, or sales.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in media sales or digital media account management.
  • Knowledge of auction-based or programmatic campaign management and optimization.
  • Strategic thinking with a track record of connecting customer needs with data-driven solutions.
  • Experience working with advertising agencies and direct marketers.
  • Understanding of full funnel marketing measurement.
  • Ability to conduct forecasts and reports.
