Job summary

Bestax Chartered Accountants in Mississauga, Canada is seeking a confident Client Services & Sales Consultant to manage Canadian client inquiries and promote our accounting, tax, and business advisory services. You will coordinate with our Dubai team on cross-border opportunities and support onboarding for new clients.

You will conduct consultations, present proposals, and help grow our Canadian client base while maintaining CRM records and delivering high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or sales within Canada is an advantage.
• Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal.
• Organized, proactive, able to manage multiple tasks.
• Familiarity with accounting/tax workflows or CRM systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and CRM platforms.
• Conduct consultation calls to assess client needs and recommend the right structures.
• Prepare and present proposals, pricing, and service agreements to clients.
• Coordinate with our Canadian tax & accounting teams for onboarding and delivery.
• Manage cross-border requests by coordinating with the Dubai team for UAE setup solutions.
