Job summary

The University of Alberta is seeking a Parking Compliance Officer (PCO) to enforce parking regulations and help manage parking services. This is an in-person role serving North Campus Edmonton, South Campus Edmonton, and Campus Saint-Jean.

You will provide information, wayfinding, and assistance with parking equipment while delivering high standards of customer service to clients on campus.

The responsibility of the Parking Compliance Officer (PCO) is to enforce parking regulations,
provide traffic direction, and support day to day operations of parking service delivery. The PCO also is responsible to assist clients in a variety of ways using the highest standards of customer service, including providing information and wayfinding, and assistance in the use of parking equipment.
