Qualifications

• Grade 12 graduate (post-secondary business courses an asset).
• Proven customer service and/or sales experience.
• Familiarity with personal lending services and products is a plus.
• Preference given to candidates with previous banking experience.
• Flexible and collaborative team player with a passion for helping others.
• Adaptable to change, with strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with clients to understand their financial needs and goals, providing tailored solutions.
• Introduce and educate clients on digital banking tools and platforms to empower self-service.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations and resolve client issues.
• Adhere to policies and regulations, accurately processing transactions and maintaining security.
