Job summary

ATB Financial is seeking a Client Service Representative to be the welcoming face of the bank at the Edmonton Namao branch. You will provide essential banking services in a friendly, approachable manner, build meaningful client relationships, understand their financial needs, offer personalized solutions, and connect them with the right resources.

The role is unionized and requires Wednesday evenings and Saturday shifts on a rotating basis, with occasional travel to nearby branches.

  • Adhere to policies and regulations, accurately processing transactions and maintaining branch assets security.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive work environment.

Additional Information
  • This is a unionized role
  • This role requires Wednesday evening and Saturday shifts on a rotating basis
  • This role is based out of the Edmonton Namao branch, but on occasion may be required to travel to neighbouring branches.
Accountabilities

Skills, experience & requirements
  • Flexible and collaborative team player with a passion for helping others.

  • Grade 12 graduate (post-secondary business courses an asset) and strong numerical aptitude.
  • Proven customer service and/or sales experience.
  • Familiarity with personal lending services and products is a plus.
  • Preference given to candidates with previous banking experience.
