Job summary

Canada Life is seeking a Client Service Processor on a temporary 12-month contract at our London head office. The role focuses on the timely digital distribution of documents, cheques and emails to the Quadrus team, working closely with Wealth Management and other admin areas.

Key duties include triaging digital mail, supporting process improvements, and assisting with projects while meeting deadlines. English and French bilingualism is a plus, with base salary advertised as $36,900–$49,800 CAD

Qualifications

  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Analytical and detail oriented.
  • OnBase imaging system experience is an asset.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good interpersonal and team building skills.
  • Demonstrated organizational and time management skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Able to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
  • Bilingualism (French and English) is an asset; required for Quebec.

We are looking for a Client Service Processor.

The position will be responsible for the timely digital distribution of documents, cheques and emails to the Quadrus team members. The successful candidate will work closely with other teams within Wealth Management.

What you will do

  • Triage incoming digital mail and faxes for the wealth teams within time standards
  • Work closely with other admin areas regarding inter-team paperwork

This position will be located in the London head office.

The base salary for this position is between $36,900 - $49,800 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc). If you are selected to move forward in our recruitment process, your recruiter will be able to discuss additional details of our total rewards program with you.
