Job summary

Canada Life in London head office is seeking a Client Service Processor to manage timely digital distribution of documents, cheques and emails for the Quadrus wealth team. The role requires strong organization, accuracy, and bilingual French-English communication in a busy environment.

This is a full-time/part-time permanent position focused on efficient processing, collaboration with admin areas, and continuous workflow improvements within Wealth Management.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Analytical and detail-oriented with accuracy.
  • On Base imaging system experience is an asset.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Bilingual in French and English is required.

Responsibilities

  • Triage incoming digital mail and faxes for wealth teams within time standards.
  • Collaborate with other admin areas regarding inter-team paperwork.
  • Assist with non-financial processing while meeting deadlines.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss efficiencies and improve processes.
  • Provide support for small projects as required.
  • Monitor and manage team shared email boxes.
  • Oversee workflow distribution on the imaging system.

We are looking for a Client Service Processor.

The position will be responsible for the timely digital distribution of documents, cheques and emails to the Quadrus team members. The successful candidate will work closely with other teams within Wealth Management.

What you will do
  • Triage incoming digital mail and faxes for the wealth teams within time standards
  • Work closely with other admin areas regarding inter-team paperwork
  • Assist with non-financial processing when required, while meeting service standard deadlines.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss efficiencies and work on improving processes.
  • Provide support for small projects, as required
  • Monitor and manage the team shared email boxes
  • Responsible for workflow distribution on new imaging system (enhanced computer skills are necessary)

This position will be located in the London head office.

The base salary for this position is between $38,700 - $52,400 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).
