Responsibilities
- Collaborating with our skilled technicians to provision and activate cutting-edge alarm panels for new installations and service upgrades
- Upholding TELUS\'s high standards by meticulously testing equipment, validating account information, and updating zone details before activating monitoring services
- Managing cellular radio activations for new setups and upgrades, ensuring uninterrupted connectivity
- Overseeing data updates for our valued commercial clients and complex residential accounts, maintaining accuracy and efficiency
What you\'ll excel at / How you\'ll succeed
- Provide exceptional support to commercial clients, promptly addressing their requests via various communication channels
- Efficiently handle inbound calls from technicians to activate monitoring services across residential, small business, and commercial sectors
- Demonstrate versatility by managing a wide range of clearinghouse providers, including creating, canceling, and updating accounts
- Guide technicians in the proper setup and configuration of clearinghouse providers, showcasing your technical expertise
- Maintain impeccable attention to detail while managing daily account updates and participating in data optimization projects

Qualifications
- Bilingual (French/English)
- Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent communication skills and ability to understand the caller\'s needs to respond appropriately with actions and/or words
- Maintain composure, patience and professionalism in challenging situations
- Ability to adapt your communication style to de-escalate or defuse emotionally charged situations
- Demonstrated ability to remain open-minded and willing to change opinions based on new information
- Demonstrated personal accountability to your team and company by respecting the needs and expectations set forth by the schedule
- Ability to maintain a high level of performance under time constraints and a fast-paced, changing environment
- Talent to analyze unique situations, utilize problem-solving skills, and provide timely conflict resolution
- Good judgment, capacity to take initiative and make quick decisions
- Positive and energetic personality
- Be willing and able to work various shifts including evenings, weekends and statutory holidays, based on business needs
