Job summary

TELUS Communications Calgary is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead and coach the sales team, ensuring the store looks and performs at its best.

You will train staff, drive sales targets, and foster a customer-first environment. The role requires enthusiasm for technology, strong communication, and the ability to work day/evening/weekend shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership and team coaching abilities.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills.
• Strong time-management in a fast-paced retail setting.
• 2-3 years of progressive retail sales or customer service experience; management experience preferred.
