Job summary

TELUS stores are looking for enthusiastic Team Members to join a high-performing team focused on exceptional customer service. You will engage with customers in store, by phone and messaging, helping them find the right technology solutions and ensuring a positive experience.

You will work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, with uncapped earning potential through commission, and participate in a flexible benefits program for you and your family.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering customer-focused sales in a retail environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain technology solutions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Total Earnings Range:$17.85 to $57.70 per hour

Note that the actual Total Earnings Range includes the Base Rate plus any additional earned from our uncapped compensation programs this year.
