Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Client Relationship Manager based in Montreal, QC, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, providing personalized assistance, and ensuring client satisfaction. Daily tasks include managing client inquiries, coordinating with internal teams to meet client needs, conducting follow-ups, and maintaining client records in a CRM system. The role also involves occasional travel for client meetings and school visits.
