Client Relations & E-Commerce Support Coordinator

Client Relations & E-Commerce Support Coordinator (Phone, Etsy & Shopify)

We’re seeking a proactive and well-spoken Client Relations & E-Commerce Support Coordinator to be the first point of contact for our valued customers. This role blends customer communication, online store support, and relationship management — ideal for someone who enjoys being the voice of a brand and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming phone calls and provide professional, solution-oriented support
• Respond to customer inquiries on Etsy, Shopify, and via email
• Handle order tracking, shipping questions, and general customer concerns
• Maintain clear communication logs and follow up with customers as needed
• Collaborate with our fulfillment and design teams to resolve issues efficiently

What We’re Looking For:

• Excellent communication skills, especially over the phone and in writing
• Experience with Shopify, Etsy, or other online retail platforms
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple conversations at once
• A polite, calm, and friendly tone with a genuine desire to help customers
• Strong computer and typing skills

Bonus Points:

• Previous experience in client relations, e-commerce, or interior design
• Familiarity with Gmail, Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar tools
