The ideal candidate demonstrates strong communication in English and French, expert project planning, and the ability to lead internal teams through complex, evolving requirements while ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong planning and decision-making skills with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent written and spoken English and French communication across diverse stakeholders.
• Experience applying Waterfall, Agile, and SCRUM methodologies in multi-team environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project lifecycle from definition to closure or transition to support.
• Serve as client-facing owner for multiple projects, overseeing scope, schedule and budget.
• Lead kickoff meetings, requirements gathering and discovery to define objectives and success criteria.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines and resource allocations across teams.
• Translate client needs into clear briefs and actionable tasks for design, engineering and operations.
• Produce status reports, monitor risks, and manage changes with proper documentation.
• Run regular client status meetings and business reviews to ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinate with finance and account management on invoicing and contracts.
