Job summary

McCann Canada is seeking a Digital Project Manager to oversee the scoping, planning and execution of digital marketing, CRM, website and customer experience projects. You will coordinate cross-functional teams and act as the central point of contact to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with client expectations.

Qualifications

• 3 - 5 years of experience managing digital projects, preferably within an agency, consulting, or digital services environment.
• Proven experience delivering website, CRM, digital experience, email marketing, marketing technology, or related digital projects.
• Strong understanding of digital ecosystems and how strategy, content, UX, analytics, CRM, creative, and technology teams work together.
• Experience developing project plans, schedules, budgets, resource forecasts, and delivery roadmaps.
• Skilled at gathering requirements, defining scope, managing dependencies, and coordinating cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Estimate effort, identify dependencies, and develop delivery plans with internal teams.
• Facilitate kickoffs, discovery sessions, requirements discussions, and planning activities.
• Coordinate end-to-end delivery of CRM, website, digital experience, email, and marketing technology projects.
• Track budgets, resource allocations, estimates and actuals to keep projects within scope and financially viable.
• Lead status meetings, risk logs, stakeholder alignment sessions, and ensure timely decisions.
