1. Job Summary
HR Service Jobs is seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and customer-focused Client Onboarding Coordinator – Financial Services Accounts to support the onboarding of new clients across financial services operations. This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy working with customers, coordinating administrative processes, verifying documentation, and ensuring a smooth transition from account registration to successful service activation.
The successful candidate will serve as a key point of contact for new clients, guiding them through onboarding procedures, explaining documentation requirements, coordinating account setup activities, and monitoring progress to ensure that all necessary steps are completed accurately and on time.

The coordinator will help maintain accurate client records, track onboarding milestones, identify missing information, and elevate issues that may delay account activation.
Candidates should demonstrate strong communication skills, attention to detail, confidentiality, and the ability to manage multiple onboarding cases simultaneously. Experience in banking, financial services, customer service, administration, or client relationship support is beneficial, although candidates with transferable skills and a willingness to learn may also be considered.
