About The Role

The Ontario Commercial Lines Division seeks an Account / Client Manager to interact daily with clients and develop relationships with clients and carrier representatives.

Responsibilities

• Assist producers in preparing applications, specifications, and marketing strategies for new and renewal business.
• Provide professional customer service via phone, email, and walk-ins, addressing questions on coverage, billing, claims, audits, etc.
• Identify revenue growth opportunities through cross-selling and referrals.
• Maintain long-term relationships with clients, insurance carriers, and NFP staff.

Qualifications

• RIBO license required.
• Over 3 years of industry experience in broking or underwriting.
• Experience with multi-line coverage on Mid-Market to Complex accounts.
• Excellent communication skills, ability to work independently and remotely.
• Client-focused with strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong relationships with insurance carriers.
• Proficiency in computer skills; EPIC experience is a plus.
