Job summary

MNP is seeking an experienced Client Services Specialist (Inside Sales) to support our National Digital Sales team in Calgary. This role focuses on unmanaged recurring accounts, driving engagement, retention, and identifying growth opportunities across MNP Digital’s solutions and services portfolio.

You’ll be expected to activate, grow, and elevate the client experience, becoming a trusted advisor across client relationships.

Qualifications

Proven experience in account management, client success, inside sales or customer relationship management.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Experience with complex sales in technology or professional services.

Responsibilities

Building, managing, and maintaining relationships with client stakeholders and influencers through credible, value-centric meetings and interactions.
Supporting customer retention, renewals, and satisfaction by understanding products and helping clients maximize business value.
Managing client and opportunity data in Dynamics CRM and related sales enablement programs.
Working towards daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPIs to drive client growth.
Working with opportunities generated from the sales enablement organization.
Partnering with Practice and Sales Leaders to evolve and maintain sales forecasting metrics and data.
