Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in day-to-day banking needs and transactions.
• Guide customers to the appropriate staff for complex needs.
• Educate customers on digital banking options (mobile, online, ATM).
• Support cash and non-cash transactions and report non-standard issues.
• Promote TD products and services to meet customer needs.
• Ensure documentation adheres to TD policies and regulatory requirements.
