Job summary

You will support front-line staff with transactions and help ensure regulatory compliance and excellent customer experience. The role requires a high school diploma with 1+ years of experience; IFC certification or equivalent is expected within 6 months.

Qualifications

• High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.
• IFC or equivalent – post-appointment within 6 months.
• Post-secondary or undergraduate degree preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and branch software.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers with day-to-day advice, service transactions, digital education, and banking solutions.
• Guide customers to the right contact for solutions while maintaining confidentiality.
• Educate customers on mobile, ATM, and online banking trends.
• Support frontline staff with cash and non-cash transactions and resolve issues.
