Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum of one year of relevant experience is required.
• Other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered.
• Mutual fund representative certificate – Autorité des marchés financiers is preferred.
• Knowledge of French is required.

Responsibilities

• Advise members and clients on best strategies and expected results.
• Manage relationships, assess satisfaction and service quality, follow up for improvements.
• Stay up-to-date on financial services industry, trends, and best practices.
• Participate in outreach activities and represent the caisse in the community.
