Job summary

Desjardins Group, a leading financial cooperative in North America, is seeking a Personal Finance Advisor to build lasting relationships with members and clients. You will listen to needs, offer tailored financial solutions, and help clients achieve their goals while balancing risk and profitability for the caisse.

You will work with a base of young members and individuals, driving results through strategic investments, loans and insurance guidance.

Qualifications

• College diploma in a related field.
• Minimum of two years of relevant experience.
• Mutual fund representative certificate – Autorité des marchés financiers
• Knowledge of French is required.

Responsibilities

• Advise members and clients on the best strategies and work with them to identify expected results.
• Manage business relationships, assess member/client satisfaction and service quality, follow up and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date on the financial services industry, market trends and best practices in your field.
• Participate in outreach activities and represent the caisse in the community.
