Job summary

Desjardins is seeking a client financial services agent to work closely with advisors, delivering personalized support to members and clients. You will handle inquiries, promote appropriate solutions, and contribute to business development while maintaining high service standards.

You will assist colleagues, tailor solutions to client needs, and leverage tools to optimize customer experiences across channels. Hybrid work is supported in this role.

Qualifications

• Attestation of Collegial Studies is required.
• Minimum of three years of relevant experience.
• Mutual fund representative certificate – Autorité des marchés financiers.
• Knowledge of French is required.
• Must have a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Handle client requests, perform research as needed, and recommend solutions.
• Help colleagues manage their agenda and emails.
• Be attentive to the needs of members and clients and recommend suitable solutions.
• Assist members and clients in choosing and using tools and channels based on desired independence and automation.
• Seize business opportunities and participate in sales development initiatives.
