Job summary

Responsibilities

• In this client facing role, foster strong relationships with existing and new clients and ensure top service on all jobs.
• Collaborate with colleagues, vendors and agencies on quotes and projects as required.
• Create inclusive team environments and review client feedback with editing teams.
• Maintain a prompt response time to client requests and manage day-to-day producing tasks.
• Manage the internal schedule for Artists and Assistants across disciplines.
• Oversee asset coordination and ensure clear communication with editors and artists.
• Be present in the suite when clients attend a session and be available to clients.
• Liaise with the Agency to meet client needs efficiently.
• Problem-solve client issues and manage expectations.
• Keep Artists and Assistants informed of current job information and booking dates.
• Train and mentor new hires where appropriate.
• Handle financials on jobs, including quotes, vendor POs and invoicing.
