Qualifications

• 4+ years shipping software with strong full‑stack capabilities (TypeScript and Python).
• Ability to engage clients and lead rooms confidently.
• Experience building AI systems and production data pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Embed with client teams to map workflows and identify high-leverage AI use cases.
• Build and ship custom AI systems against real, messy production data.
• Run tight feedback loops with users and iterate until adoption sticks.
• Translate field learnings back into our core platform and patterns.
• Be the technical face of arosplatforms in client sessions.
