CIBC in Saskatoon is seeking a Client Service Representative to support Personal and Business Banking clients in a fast-paced branch environment. You’ll handle inquiries, process transactions, and connect clients with the right CIBC specialists to help them reach their financial goals.

You’ll work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, and may travel to nearby banking centres within a reasonable distance to deliver a great client experience.

Qualifications

• Client engagement and experience focused roles in banking
• Ability to connect clients with appropriate CIBC specialists
• Comfort with using mobile banking apps to assist clients
• Eligible to work in Canada and meet local work requirements
